Cancellation Policy
I understand things get in the way, if you have any questions/concerns you can dm me via instagram @balancedaurabyc or shoot a text! Cancellation: To receive a full refund on deposit, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling: To use your deposit credit, please contact us to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. You are allowed to reschedule once. If you need to reschedule more than once, it will be considered a cancellation and the cancellation policy applies. You will need to schedule a new appointment.
